In 2020, ACLC established Integrity Training Solutions as a dedicated Medical Training Support division. Led by our Clinical Medical Director, and our Director of Medical Training, ITS offers CAPCE accredited certification courses. We reinforce tactics, techniques and principles needed to meet the continuously evolving roles of healthcare providers.

Doctor Robert Mabry is a recognized thought leader in prehospital medicine with more than three decades of experience as a military medic, civilian paramedic, emergency physician, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) medical director, educator, researcher, and policy maker. After enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1984, he served for eleven years as an Airborne Ranger and Special Forces Medic (18D), and became a National Registry Paramedic, a Diving Medical Technician and high angle rescue instructor. He completed his undergraduate degree from Campbell University and his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. His assignments as an Army physician included: Special Forces Battalion Surgeon, Academic Director for the Army’s Department of Combat Medic Training, Program Director for the Military EMS and Disaster Medicine Fellowship, Prehospital Medical Director and the Director of Trauma Care Delivery for the Joint Trauma System. He was an associate EMS Medical Director for the City of San Antonio, Texas, as well as the Medical Director for the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) program at Texas State University. His final assignment on active duty was as the commander for the Joint Medical Augmentation Unit, where he led global medical operations for the Joint Special Operations Command.

Ms. Christina Garvey brings over 25 years of military and civilian pre-hospital patient care experience, in addition to 20 years of program management and prehospital education. During her military career Ms. Garvey served as a US Navy Corpsman (8404) and is credited with design and implementation of the first naval clinic-based paramedic program at the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Station, Lakehurst, NJ. In her civilian career Ms. Garvey has had over 15,000 patient contacts. She has served as faculty at multiple community college paramedic programs and as a clinical professor at Creighton University. She was the Regional Advanced Life Support Coordinator for Fort Bragg, North Carolina and has provided educational support to multiple Special Operations Units. Ms. Garvey is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University where she earned her BA in Public Administration with an emphasis on Homeland Security. She also holds a degree in Paramedic Sciences and Education. She is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, NAEMT Affiliate Faculty for Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Prehospital Trauma Life Support, and NREMT Advanced Psychomotor Exam Representative. Additionally, Ms. Garvey currently serves on the NAEMT Military Relations Council.
